Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with NO smoking odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Correct Shipping Address is the customers responsibility. Please double check all order information before ordering. Orders sent to the wrong address set by the customer will not be Refunded or sold back at a reduced price.

If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to pay for a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale or discounted items.

Exchanges
Contact us at wasco.trade@gmail.com to check availability of the item before sending item back. Shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

Refunds
Our policy does not entertain refunds but does provide in store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your purchase is eligible for in store credit. All sales are final. If product is damaged, tampered, missing original packaging, or has smoke odor of any kind the product return will not be accepted. Product ineligible for store credit will be shipped back to the purchaser.
